Description
Designed for use with standard knives sharpened with Precision Edge Technology (PEtec), this manual sharpener allows you to maintain the proper edge on all your knife blades. The “coarse” carbide notch reinstates the edge on a dulled blade. The “fine” ceramic notch sharpens the blade to provide a razor-sharp edge. Knives with minimal damage may only require this second step, as it provides light honing.
