The mechanism consists of machined Grade-5 titanium parts coupled with either a stainless steel or C63000 bronze actuator switch, chosen based on finish, delivering both smoothness and long-term resilience. One key design update from the prior Slim version is the repositioned switch: elevated along the pen body. This change shortens the usable length, bringing it into closer alignment with Tactile Turn’s Bolt Action pens in terms of handling, while retaining a standard diameter girth for those who prefer more mass and grip.
