Shipping Information
By default, all orders are shipped via USPS, but FedEx and UPS are also available for the appropriate shipping rate if requested. Orders over $100.00 (restriction apply to select products) will have the shipping paid for by Sharp Things OKC. For more detail on free shipping restrictions, please click here. Orders under $100.00 are a flat shipping rate of $5.00. Orders are shipped direct from our store located in Oklahoma City and will be shipped within 1-3 business days however we strive to get ordered received by 3PM shipped the same day. You will be notified by phone or email if an order cannot be shipped within this time frame. If you would like to ship in any other method besides the ones offered by Sharp Things OKC, please Contact Us and we will try to make the adjustment for you.

Shipping Insurance
If you select shipping insurance you will see a live quote of the amount it will cost to insure your package. Sharp Things OKC, Sharp Things.com and or SharpThingsOKC.com will not be liable to fulfill any shipping insurance claim as a 3rd party shipping insurance company is in place. Please reach out to the insurance provider (IE: USPS, UPS, FED-EX, ROUTE or other). If satisfactory results are not met, feel free to reach out to Sharp Things and we will do our due diligence to make sure your claim is moving forward properly. If you elected to not insure your shipment, Sharp Things will help original purchaser verify, via shipping service, the location of the package. If shipment shows delivered to provided address and the original purchasers does not have the package, Sharp Things cannot be held liable as the package shows delivered. If the package is lost, stolen or damaged Sharp Things cannot be held liable as the initial shipping request was fulfilled in good faith by Sharp Things.

Returns
If you are unhappy with your factory-made purchase, please return it to us in its original, new and unused condition within 14 days (custom and semi-custom knives must be returned within 7 days), and include the manufacturer's packaging. We will give you a full refund for the purchase price (less any shipping fees and/or promotional discounts) as either a refund onto your credit card, if that is how you paid, or a check less a 10% restocking fee. If you received the item with free shipping, you will receive the full refund less $5 to cover our original shipping cost and less 10% restocking fee and less any shipping insurance amount you initially paid for. Any items returned not in new or unused condition will be shipped back to the purchaser at their expense. All returns must be properly boxed and shipped with no shipping label attached directly on the product or product factory packaging.

The Exceptions Include:
Custom and semi-custom products. The custom and semi-custom items are hard to get and purchasers will incur a 10% restocking fee upon return. They must be returned within 7 days and the items must be in absolutely new condition. Purchaser is liable for any and all shipping costs including insurance. If a returned item does not make it back to Sharp Things OKC (you must provide tracking number for all returns) Sharp Things OKC refuses to issue refund.

Habitual Returns. If a customer continually returns products we have no choice but to charge a 20% restocking fee to offset our processing costs. The determination of which customer is a frequent returner will be made by Sharp Things OKC staff.

Return of Layaway Item(s). If purchaser fails to complete layaway terms (noted here), they may not be eligible for a refund. A refund of the 40% down payment, and any other payment less the Admin Fee of 5% or other fee may be eligible in specific cases to be determined by Sharp Things OKC staff. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If your product proves to be defective or you have used a product for a while and have warranty issues with the manufacturer, please contact us here.

If we have shipped the incorrect item to you, please Contact Us and we will instruct you as to how to ship the item back.
