The handle now features a machined notch, ensuring a smoother installation of the pocket clip. We have also made the switch less aggressive and smoother to operate, providing an effortless deployment of the blade. Additionally, we upgraded the blade to 154CM, a high-quality stainless steel known for its superior edge retention and corrosion resistance.

We understand the importance of maintaining the elements that our customers loved about the V1, so we kept the switch on the face of the handle. This design choice not only offers leverage for blade deployment but also allows for ergonomic carry, regardless of whether you are right-handed or left-handed. With the Nighthawk V2, you can confidently activate and retract the knife with ease. The Nighthawk V2 chassis is expertly crafted from milled 6061-T6 Aluminum Alloy, ensuring durability and lightweight handling.

In January 2023, TAKCOM was formed during a lunch meeting at the SHOT Show Vegas between Bestech Knives and TacKnives. The two companies recognized how their skills complemented each other, and they came together with a shared vision of bringing ultra-premium OTF knives and folding knives to the market.
